*A holistic practitioner is a health practitioner that focuses on the whole person approach. It takes a person, {body, mind, soul} within the context of their connected environment, without reducing or limiting that person to a ‘disorder’ or dysfunction.

Elithia Araucana is a holistic practitioner who has cultivated a method of self realisation founded on direct experience. The method draws on eastern contemplative traditions and is given structure by western therapeutic models but arises from truth, which is something that can only be understood when going beyond the rational, logical mind and thought itself.
There is no end to the process, she encourages each to be endlessly inspired and curious within every moment of the process, bringing a 5 dimensionality to existence through awareness, which has an unlimited and infinite nature. The process is not as high and mighty as it sounds, it is about becoming human, about realising the inherent beauty of just simply being yourself.

Elithia’s work is centred around enabling individuals to access their unlimited inner potential. The self established theory is composed of layers that in the process of unravelling, aim to reveal the genius of who you are at the core. At the heart of this work is the ability to translate subtle and invisible experience into intelligible concepts, and complex ideas into, embodied realities. The process is not one of effort, but of effortlessness, moving through the process with play, openness and curiosity. The work is drawn to the task of giving form to the unnameable in order to raise collective consciousness, and the overall collective awareness of human beings.
The creator is inspired by eastern contemplative traditions and uses western therapeutic models to structure the intuitive present which is cultivated by presence and silence. Though she emphasises, the idea that there is no strict method, or school of thought that can adequately guide one into themselves. The process is particular to each individual, and arises from one’s own inquiry into their own being. This is very simply a knowing of oneself fully inside the present, as awareness. However, her path has also led her back into the form, and so she works with embodiment, focusing on the flexibility of the self, and the exploration of formless states of consciousness within form, whilst finding what remains continuous through oscillations between emptiness and fullness, learning and unlearning, lightness and darkness. She sees this now as part of the same continuum, not a fixed state. The self, is porous, not definitive, which allows for continuous re-creation, just as destruction is a part of creation.
Self-realisation is the path to freedom; it is a continuous unfolding, a path to knowing who you are beyond what you have been told about who you are. How much can we strip ourselves of conditioning? can we allow ourselves to become uniquely who we are? Self is not static, but a rhythm, a re-memory, a ritual of present interrogation. It is to ask the question, who am i now? Reality is where we place our attention, if our attention tends to the present, we become unlimited, whatever can be conceived of in the imagination is possible.

No one can know you, as you know yourself. No one can enjoy you as you enjoy yourself, so learn to enjoy yourself and enjoy!

For clarity, I am not a traditional therapist, I have undertaken courses that allow me to structure the intuitive present. I am looking into BACP accreditation, but this is only to give confidence to those that need a framework for trust. I embody and work with the intuitive present that holds more information than any school of thought or method founded on purely logical thinking. I am just a human being, I do not have a fixed identity, I move through these roles, seeking and allowing others access to deeper freedom and a boundlessness within themselves.
I specialise and have a comprehensive understanding of the mind-body system, including the inner workings of trauma and how to deepen self-love and compassion through the process of healing. I have practice with eating disorders, cognitive behavioural disorders, mood disorders, relationship entanglements, shadow and psychedelic integration, as well as general feelings of meaninglessness in life. Genuine happiness is possible in this life, it is available to all, more simply than we often recognise.
